How do I delete my account?

In the WhereTo? app, open Settings and tap Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, votes, chats, and messages. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll delete it for you.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the person's profile and tap Report or block. Blocking hides them from you and removes the connection both ways.

I can't sign in or forgot my password.

Email us at whereto.org@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll help you get back in.

I never got my confirmation email.

Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Sign up again to trigger a fresh link, or email us and we'll confirm your account manually.

Who can use WhereTo??

WhereTo? is for adults 18 and older. It lists nightlife venues; we don't operate them.

I found a bug or something isn't working.

Please email us with your phone model, your app version, and a short description (a screenshot helps a lot). We read every message.
